1. Summer Camp Planning

 

  • Queues from AM teams
  • AM teams work plan for rest of July:
    • Zoom as needed in each individual team; collective Zoom for briefing reports by teams at 12 pm on Tue and Thur next week, followed by end-of-week common meeting in following weeks?
    • Updates in lab notebooks (and collection of resources in their folders)
    • Milestones?
    • Area of focus report (updates to existing reports; and creation of reports for those teams in areas that do not have one) 
    • Protocol for interpretation (common deliverable for all the AM teams) 
    • User testing feedback on WE1S tools 
    • Lightning presentation at Advisory Board meeting?  
  • PM teams work plan:
    • create mission statement
    • set goals and deliverables for this summer
    • outline long-term development plan and deliverables
    • possible deliverables (examples):
      • research reports 
      • bibliographies 
      • galleries of examples (e.g., examples of humanities advocacy created elsewhere)
      • prototypes 
    • Documentation 
      • Diary

2. Advisory Board meeting, Aug 3-4

 

  • Current state of logistical planning: 
    • board members confirmed 
    • transportation from airport and Airbus terminal (by individual rideshare or taxi) 
    • venue for meetings: Library room 1312 ("Instruction & Training Room")
    • catered lunches 
    • Aug. 3 dinner for Board, PIs, and Postdocs: Jane Restaurant

  • Explain AM and PM teams and the ways that our teams are hoping to interact with the advisory board on Saturday.
