Dendogram Clustering of 300-topic 2007-9 LAT and Wash Post Model

This clustering was created as follows:

Upload the Mallet topic_counts.txt file for the model to Lexos
Select the file in the Lexos "Manage" panel
Use the Lexos "multigraph" (in the Visualize panel) to create "topic documents"
Use the Lexos hierarchical clustering (in the Analyze panel) to create a dendogram
Export the graph data in Newick format
Use the Dendoscope standalone program to open the Newick file, generate the dendogram, and tweak it.
